Teas for weight loss?

I feel drinking tea is an easy way to help speed up weight loss somewhat.
Obviously you'd have to combine it with other dietary changes and some exercise, but it's a fairly effortless way to help you shift some extra pounds or at least decreasing bloat.

Green tea.
Famous for it's anti-oxidant levels and ability to increase metabolism.
Fennel.
Used for it's appetite reducing properties.
Senna.
Frequently used for it's natural laxative effects, which can reduce bloating and water retention.
Peppermint.
Favoured by the likes of Madonna and Gwyneth for it's anti-bloat properties.

Obviously any weight loss related product can be abused, so try not to rely on teas, pills etc.
